2. Products & Use

  • All NQA products are designed for cosmetic use only.

  • Results may vary depending on individual nail conditions and application method.

  • Customers are responsible for following instructions provided with each product.

  • NQA is not liable for misuse, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from improper application.

  • Products are based from gel
  • A patch test is highly recommend to ensure glue does not cause allergic reaction
  • Nails are not to be used on damaged nails
  • If an allergic reaction occurs remove nail with removal tool and consult with a trusted physician asap

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

  • We accept payments from most major credit cards and debit cards

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

4. Shipping

  • Shipping times are estimates only and may vary.

  • Once an order is shipped, NQA is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery for review. Approved cases will be replaced at no additional cost.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All product names, designs, images, and content are the property of NQA.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of our products or materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • NQA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Virginia.

  • Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Virginia.
